Dandong Taihua Superabrasives has been ISO 9001-2000 certified since 2002. We are proud to be one of the few superabrasives grinding wheel companies in China to have achieved this high level of process and quality management.
Quality Assurance Department ensures that part and process specifications are met and maintained throughout the production process. We use customer supplied specifications or internally generated control plans to ensure that parts always meet the customer's requirements. We have the ability to perform first article inspections and layouts, and can provide documented PPAP's as needed.
The Quality Department is involved with product development from the point of design approval to in -depth control plans for each stage of the manufacturing process. The quality department is also able to provide Certificates of Conformance and traceability back to raw materials if required.
